Maybe forsaken ?

Damaged?

No, I think fucked describes me fairly well.

Especially, fucked in the head.

Fucked beyond all belief.

Fucking damaged.

Fucking depressed.

Fucking tired.

Fucking sick of it all.

Played for a fucking fool.

Taken fucking advantage of.

Yeah, I think “fucked” describes me fairly well.
