Yep, the DOJ is appealing the decision of Justice Neufeld.
Nothing unexpected here.
In fact I would have been even more surprised if the CAF, the DND, and the DOJ didn’t appeal.
And they’re appealing just about everything in Justice Neufeld’s decision.
I don’t know how long this will take, but I would imagine that there will be some back and forth on this matter before the main case is allowed to proceed.
Hopefully this all gets wrapped up before Sir Misogyny the Orange invades and annexes Canada and turns us into another Puerto Rico.
